Booking a room or accommodation via this website implies full acceptance of the General Conditions below:
Article 1 - Duration of stay: The client reserving a room for a fixed period may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises.
Article 2 - The reservation becomes effective when the customer has sent 25% to the owners of the total amount of the price of the stay. Prices are inclusive of all charges.
Section 3 - Cancellation by the customer: Any cancellation within 5 days will result in a full refund of the sums paid.
In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the total cost of the accommodation remains fully acquired by the owner.
Section 4 - Cancellation by the owner: Any cancellation within 5 days by the owner will result in the payment of compensation 25% of the reservation amount.
Section 5 - Tourist tax: The tourist tax is a local tax that the customer must pay to the owner who then transfers it to the Public Treasury.
Section 6 - Use of the premises: The customer must respect the peaceful character of the premises and make use of them in accordance with their destination. He undertakes to make the premises clean and tidy. the premises are non-smoking, animals are not allowed and you are asked to respect the sorting instructions.
Section 7 - Capacity: The reservation of a room or the lodging via this site is established for a precise number of people which cannot be exceeded without the express agreement of the owner.
